well , actually I'm sleeping now . . but the stupid mosquito keep kissing me - -
so , that's why I still awake and blogging now - - *damn you mosquito*
okay .. back to topic ! recently , I eat too much - -
my weight keep increase arrrgghh
everyday eat those rubbish junk foods .. and I didn't do any exercise !! *kill me please*
so , start from now *actually am everyday on diet - -* I need a 'keep fit menu' lol
I create a menu for myself lol
Breakfast - oatmeal and bread
Lunch - oatmeal / bread and a cup of tea / coffee
Dinner - soup , vegetables and fish
no rice , no junk food , no fried food , no pork
eat more fruits and vegetables
hmm .. is that healthy ? |
